Who is responsible
Visual Simple Films, a documentary wedding film studio based in Medellín, Colombia, is responsible for the personal data collected on this site, in accordance with Colombian Law 1581 of 2012 and Decree 1377 of 2013. Contact: hello@visualsimplefilms.com.
What we collect
- What you write in the form: names, email, WhatsApp, wedding date and place, budget range and anything else you choose to tell us.
- Anonymous, aggregated browsing data (pages visited, country, device type) through Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not identify individuals.
What we use it for
- Replying to your inquiry and sending availability and collection details.
- Preparing, contracting and making your wedding film.
- Understanding, in aggregate, how the site is used so we can improve it.
Who we share it with
Only the providers needed for the site to work: Cloudflare (hosting and analytics), Web3Forms (form delivery) and Vimeo (film playback). We never sell or hand over your data for commercial purposes.
Images of couples
The films, stills and testimonials on this site are published with the couples' permission. If you appear in one and would like it removed, write to us and we will do so.
Your rights
You may access, update, correct or request deletion of your data, and withdraw your consent, by writing to hello@visualsimplefilms.com.
How long we keep it
For as long as our working relationship lasts and as required by legal and accounting obligations. Inquiries that don't lead to a contract are deleted within 12 months.
